We parse and reconcile it
Every transaction is extracted, signed correctly, and checked: opening balance + transactions must equal closing balance to the cent.
Download a clean CSV
Xero bank-statement format, ready to import. Your PDF is deleted the moment processing finishes.
Accuracy
Every conversion reconciles — or we tell you loudly
For every statement we check that opening balance + all transactions = closing balance, to the cent. If it doesn’t add up — a dropped row, a wrong sign, a duplicated line — the CSV is flagged with a RECONCILIATION FAILED banner on its first line and we refuse to let you import garbage silently.
No “looks about right”. A conversion either proves itself against the statement’s own balances, or it arrives clearly marked as untrustworthy.
Privacy
Files auto-delete after processing
Bank statements are sensitive. Your PDF is processed in memory and temporary storage only, converted, and deleted immediately after the conversion finishes — success or failure. We keep no copy of the statement, no copy of the CSV, and no transaction data.
No human ever reads your statements. There is nothing to leak because nothing is retained.
Coverage
Australian banks first
Built for Australian statements from day one: DD/MM/YYYY dates, debit/credit columns collapsed into correctly signed amounts, and CSV output in the format Xero’s bank statement import actually accepts (a generic format is available too).
Commonwealth Bank and ANZ are supported today, with more Australian banks being added weekly.
The reconciliation guarantee, concretely
Most converters hand you whatever they managed to scrape. We treat a statement as a checksum: the opening balance plus every extracted transaction must equal the closing balance, exactly. When it doesn’t, the CSV ships with this on line one:
# RECONCILIATION FAILED: opening + transactions != closing # (difference -84.90). DO NOT IMPORT.
That banner deliberately breaks a naive import, so a bad parse can never slide into a client’s ledger unnoticed.
